This policy explains how JPAM Consulting Limited (“JPAM Consulting”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit jpamconsulting.com or contact us. We are the data controller for that information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the website.
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and the message you send.
- Email and phone: your contact details and anything you tell us when you get in touch directly.
- Website data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, recorded by our hosting provider in standard server logs.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information (such as health details) through the website.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to you and to run our business. Each use has a lawful basis under UK GDPR.

We do not use your information for automated decision making, and we will not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Sharing your information
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- our website hosting provider, 123 Reg;
- our email provider, 123 Reg;
- our accountant, for financial records;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
Some providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to work together. Client and financial records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK law requires. After that, we delete or securely destroy them.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections on this website and access controls on our systems.
Cookies
This website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work and stay secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If we add analytics (such as Google Analytics) in future, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner and update this policy. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
